Conference proceedings of the third Encuentro Nacional de Organizaciones Afrocolombianas, which took place in Cali-Valle, Colombia, between February 2-5, 1995. The Encuentro brought together more than eighty Afro-Colombian organizations to discuss issues related to land rights, as well as socio, economic, legal, and educational claims.
