Letter to Pedro Bonet Locarno, Bogotá's Superintendent of Notary and Registration, with sales offer for the "Enciclopedia Audiovisual de la Identidad Colombiana." The Enciclopedia was composed of five hundred audio programs, as well as slides and a two-volume text booklet, and was one of Zapata Olivella's projects to promote Afro-Colombian identity following the 1991 constitutional reform, by which Colombia officially became a multicultural nation.
