In this letter to Carlos Santacruz, Director of the Municipal Institute of Culture and Tourism of San Juan de Pasto (Nariño), Manuel Zapata Olivella discusses the seminar he would give in this municipality, titled: "Colombia Multiétnica y Pluricultural, Desarrollo del Artículo 7 de la Constitución Nacional" (Multiethnic and Multicultural Colombia, Development of Article 7 of the National Constitution). The talk would explore the language, culture, philosophy, religious practices, and folklore of different Colombian ethnic groups.
